These terms govern use of the Smoke Stitch website and purchases made through it. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Store information and eligibility

You must provide accurate, current information and be legally able to enter a purchase agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Products, pricing, and availability

We try to describe and display products accurately, but colors and details may vary by screen, garment, production batch, and decoration process. Prices, promotions, product specifications, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors or cancel and refund an affected order.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or limit an order for inventory, pricing, fraud-prevention, shipping, legal, or other legitimate reasons. Payment must be authorized through an available checkout method.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk and title transfer as provided by applicable law and carrier terms. Our Shipping & Returns and Refund and Returns Policy are incorporated into these terms.

Custom orders

Custom pricing, production schedules, artwork, placement, colors, quantities, sizes, personalization, deposits, and other specifications will be described in the applicable quote or proof. Production may begin after approval and any required payment. The customer is responsible for reviewing all proof details and represents that it owns or has permission to use submitted names, logos, trademarks, and artwork.

Intellectual property

The site and its original text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, and software are owned by Smoke Stitch or used with permission and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and information only. You may not copy, sell, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

Reviews and submissions

You are responsible for material you submit. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content. You grant Smoke Stitch a nonexclusive right to use feedback or reviews you intentionally submit in connection with operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy law.

Prohibited use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, commit fraud, or use the site in violation of law or third-party rights.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Smoke Stitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use or a purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised date. We may suspend access for misuse, security, or legal reasons.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
